Return Policy
Wirt's Jewelers has a 30 day money back guarantee on all merchandise returned 30 days after the purchase date.  Items that are non returnable are custom made, clearance, lay-a-ways, engraved, damaged, altered, or re-sized.  Any returned item must be in the original packaging with a copy of the sales receipt.  All merchandise will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department before any credits or exchanges are made to the purchaser.
Layaway Policy
Funds paid on layaway are nonrefundable.  Items in layaway may be returned to stock and a store credit will be issued to the purchaser.  A minimum payment of $15.00 should be made at least every 30 days.  Lay-a-ways must be paid in full by the 1 year anniversary of the accounts establishment.  Accounts that are 60 days over due will be notified by phone and payment should be made in 1 week of notification.  The minimum payment will increase to $30.00 to cover both payments that are past due.  Accounts that are 90 days past due will be returned to stock without further notification.
Custom Design and Repairs Policy
50% deposit is required on repairs over $100.00 and ALL custom design.  All items repaired have a 6 month warranty on the repair that was preformed.  If repairs are recommended and owner opts out of the recommended repair that warranty is voided.  Custom design and repairs are nonrefundable.  Items are to be picked up and paid in full within 30 days of completion of repair.  If payment can not be paid in full before the 30 days a layaway may be established for the repair.  After completion of the repair we will call the owner to let them know that the repair is completed.  If after 90 days of completion of repairs the item is not paid in full or placed in layaway, we have the right to sell the item to the public for the cost of the repair.
