When Walter Ostbye and E. Gust Anderson founded Ostbye in 1920, women voted for the first time, two-thirds of the world's oil originated in the U.S., the first commercial airline service in the U.S. began, and automobiles on the market included Stanley Steamer, Pierce-Arrow, Ford, Packard, Cadillac, and Mercedes. Some things change and some things you can always count on. From our humble beginning in the subbasement in downtown Minneapolis, our mission has been to create the best customer experience. Our focus has been relentless on giving our customers unparalleled service, quality and value. Today our mission and values continue in our own state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot factory now located in a Minneapolis suburb.
